Our holiday apartment has been shining in new splendor since 2025! Look forward to high-quality furnishings, carefully selected details, and a fresh, modern design that invites you to feel right at home.

The location is perfect for relaxing days at Lake Chiemsee and excursions into the Bavarian mountains, whether on foot or by bike. At the same time, you are right in the heart of the village, with everything you need just a short walk away.

A private parking space is reserved exclusively for you directly in front of the house. You will also find a wallbox there, allowing you to conveniently charge your electric car using your own charging card. A lockable garage is available for bicycles.

You can start your Day with a delicious Coffee and enjoy all the beautiful amenities of this Apartment.

For a truly restful sleep, a cozy box-spring double bed with hotel-quality bedding awaits you in the bedroom. In addition, the sofa bed has been specially selected for its high-quality mattress and extra sleeping comfort.

The apartment also features a dining area for up to three people – perfect for shared meals and cozy evenings.

Relax in the living area inviting atmosphere, where a 55-inch Smart TV with Netflix and UHD Internet TV lets you enjoy your favorite shows and movies in outstanding picture quality.

The garden is freely available to all our guests. Here you will find comfortable seating, sun loungers, and other amenities for relaxing and unwinding.

The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including a stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, and all essential kitchenware.

After an eventful day, enjoy pure refreshment in the high-quality walk-in shower of our stylish bathroom.

For your comfort, we provide fresh towels as well as essential toiletries like shower gel and shampoo.

You will also find a private laundry room with a washing machine and dryer in the basement – perfect for taking care of your laundry easily during your stay.

Neighbourhood

The apartment is located in a newly renovated holiday home near the center of Bernau am Chiemsee.

All shops for daily needs, including restaurants, a pharmacy, a bakery, a supermarket, and a butcher, are within easy walking distance.

Highlights of the surrounding area include the beautiful Chiemsee lake, majestic mountains, and numerous cycling and hiking opportunities.

Transport

Train Station

In the immediate vicinity (850m). By train in all directions. A well-stocked station kiosk is also available.

Bus

The RVO line takes you to places that are not accessible by train. Bicycle trailers are available in summer.

Bicycle Rental

Chiemsee Fritz Müller bicycle rental (directly on the lake): All types and sizes, as well as bicycle trailers and child seats.

Chiemsee Boat Trip

Bernau: From May to the end of October to Herreninsel

Prien: Year-round to Herreninsel and/or Fraueninsel

Airport

Salzburg (55km) or Munich (120km) - easily accessible via the A8 motorway or train. Airport transfers can also be booked.
